Mile Run: Cardiovascular Fitness

Goal & Objective: By running the mile every Wednesday, students will develop cardiovascular fitness in preparation for Physical Fitness Test.  


Standard 1.2.2: Participate in enjoyable and challenging physical activities that develop and maintain the 5 components of physical fitness. 


This essay is designed to provide students who have NP's with an opportunity to bring up their grade.  It is due on DECEMBER 4th.
